This is a great introduction to linguistics and hermeneutics which is practical in orientation, but theoretically sound.

This book has the advantages of being more current than Cotterall and Turner's book, as well as assuming knowledge of Biblical Hebrew. It doesn't provide the same breadth of coverage of Cotterall and Tuner's book, but is a great entry into linguistics.

This book has helpful essays summerizing various advances in Greek grammar, lexicography, and general linguistics. It is a helpful summary of current understandings of linguistics and Greek grammar.

This book focuses on English grammatical concepts that are especially relevant for Biblical Hebrew. This is the place to look if you are having trouble understanding a concept in Hebrew.

This is a book on English grammar, but provides the basic English gramamtical principles which are necessary for understanding Greek grammar. These books are helpful foundation for understanding the grammar.
