Waltke and O'Connor's syntax book is a thorough introduction to the issues relating to Biblical Hebrew syntax. The strength lies in the incorporation of modern linguistic insights with traditional philology.
This book is well organized and has clear and usable charts. Some of the details are misleading, but the charts and index in the back of the book make it a good place to look for questions on how words are formed.
This book is more helpfully organized than a teaching grammar, and more thorough than most first year reference grammars (with the exception of Lambdin's). It will help shore up some of the details that may have become rusty since you took your first year Hebrew course.
