This online project is still in the early stages, but it promises to reestablish the value of the bibliography as an excellent place for students to learn the important figures and core literature in a field of research. The entries are written by recognized authorities.

This remains a well respected introduction to the tools and texts for biblical study, but since it hasn't been updated since 1990, it's usefulness continues to diminish. Fitzmyer annotates most of the entries, which numbers about 700.
