Using Zotero to look for the full text of a citation
When you download citations that do not have full-text, you can perform a "Library Lookup" to see if the library has access to the full-text and if not, place an ILLiad request. You will need to set your preferences before you can use this feature.
- Open the Zotero.
- Select "Preferences" from the menu bar under "Zotero" or "edit."
- When in "Preferences" select the "Advanced" tab.
- You will see a box in the center called OpenURL
- The top dropdown should contain "Custom."
- In the box below labeled "Resolver" enter the URL of our link resolver https://i-share-whe.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/openurl/01CARLI_WHE/01CARLI_WHE:CARLI_WHE?
- Click OK to save your changes.
When you want to look up full-text or place an ILLiad request

- On the top menu bar in Zotero, next to the search box is a dropdown arrow.
